Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma in HR or Behavioural Sciences 

3 years of HR Generalist experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive HR service, supporting line management in achieving Eskom’s strategic goals.
  • Offer advisory services on Eskom’s conditions of service, policies, and practices.
  • Coordinate skills-sourcing services effectively.
  • Provide accurate management information and system support.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder communication and services.
  • Support line management in fostering good labour and employee relations.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of training and development programs.
