Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive HR service, supporting line management in achieving Eskom’s strategic goals.
- Offer advisory services on Eskom’s conditions of service, policies, and practices.
- Coordinate skills-sourcing services effectively.
- Provide accurate management information and system support.
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication and services.
- Support line management in fostering good labour and employee relations.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of training and development programs.
