Minimum Requirements:

• BSc in Information Technology or Information Management
• No prior experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on-site
• Implement service level agreements (SLA’s) in the business
• Manage projects related to IT solutions in HR, including maintaining HR SharePoint site and implementing other HR solutions
• Monitor services provided
• Support the sustainability of engagements with all Business Systems functions
